Packing

Making SPACE
Sorting, purging, allocating, containerizing and equalizing for our move"

Eskimo proverb, courtesy of Kat Harden

"Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy."

Mass transit weekend - go for the cycle.

It all started when we loaned our car to Maureen & Dennis for the marathon in Albany. Congrats to Dennis for running a great race in under 4 hours.
So, on Saturday, we took a city bus and then MetroNorth to Hastings for the peace vigil. Then we took subway to Manhattan to meet Madine & Stu for the Irish rep production of the Freedom of the City. Powerful acting and subject.

Then we went home by subway.
Next day - a walk, a ride on the Staten Island Ferry.
You can get places without a car!!!
